** I had seen Bobbi-Jo's signs around at different properties and liked her online galleries of listings, she truly showcases homes in their best light which entices buyers more to see a property. The listing took longer than I had hoped but she not only got a buyer for my condo, I agreed to have her represent us both. The new owner did get it for less than I wanted to sell for but it wasn't as bad as it could have been for the market. But through it all Bobbi-Jo did what was right for both of us, I have since relocated but if I were to ever move back I would use her again, she was great to work with and knew all the ins and outs of the process (I wish I had an Agent like her when I bought it).
